Share link
A share link is a way to hand a file or a gallery to someone without a door: it can carry a password, an expiry date and a download switch, and it can be revoked. It is for delivery, not for a recorded approval.
Delivery stages in the video packs use portal download or a share link. A share link is not an approval record. If you need who decided and when, that is a door on an approval stage.
