From a brief to a plan you can act on
Describe how you work. Tasked proposes stages and tasks from templates the product already ships. Approval stays with you.
One example, no paid call
The brief this example is based on
A thirty-second commercial for an existing client. One shoot day, edit, internal review, client review, grade and delivery.
The plan an anonymous visitor sees
- Brief and schedule, before the shoot opens.
- Shoot and rushes, depending on an approved schedule.
- First cut, internal review, then a door for the client.
- Revisions, grade and delivery after approval.
What the AI does not do on this page
There is no model call billed to a studio when an anonymous visitor opens this page. What you see is a fixed example from templates the product already ships. After you sign in, the proposal uses your brief, and it only hits the board once you approve it.
Questions about the planner
- Does the proposal go straight into the project
- No. You see the stages and tasks, you approve, and only then are they written. Nothing changes without that approval.
- Can we edit a stage before we approve
- Yes. Delete, add or change owners. Approval applies to what remains after the edit.
- Why is there no live plan from my brief here
- Because an anonymous visitor should not trigger a paid call. After you open a workspace the proposal is built from the brief you wrote.
Start without a card
Fourteen days, everything switched on. Open a workspace, tell the AI how you work, invite a client to approve.
