See the workload before it becomes a delay

Two questions: how many tasks close over time, and where open work sits. The numbers come from the board, not a form.

See the workload before it becomes a delay.

Completions over time, and open work by stage, from the same sample project. A missing measurement is no data, not zero.

Sample figures, not results from Tasked customers.

Units, not savings percentages

Throughput is the count of tasks closed in a week. The horizontal axis is the week. The vertical axis is the task count. If there are no moves, you see that there is no data, not a fake zero.

A bottleneck is the stage with the most open tasks at that moment. The bar is a count, not a score. The stage name sits next to the number.

Load is how many open tasks a person has. It is counted from the board, not a timesheet. There is no savings percentage and no promise about duration.

A dashboard on the same numbers

The same two questions appear inside the workspace. This page explains them; the dashboard shows them on your work after you sign in.

Questions about analytics

Where do the numbers come from
From stage moves and closed tasks on the board. There is no survey and no manual estimate.
What do we see when there is no work yet
A no-data state, with a short explanation. We do not show zero as if a measurement happened.
Can we see savings as a percentage
No. We show counts and units. A savings percentage is not a figure the product computes.
