A studio with several open jobs, without losing the queue

Each project on its own workflow. Internal review before the client sees it. A sprint and time tracking on that production, not a side spreadsheet.

How a studio works here

  1. One project per production, from the template that matches the kind of work.
  2. Internal frame review before the client gets a door.
  3. A sprint closes a week on that production. Time tracking sits on the task, not a side sheet.

What a studio does not get here

The queue is labels and stages. What the player shows on the file is what you can compare. There is no promise of a tool that does not sit on the board.

Questions from studios

How many productions can we open at once
By the number of active projects on the plan. Each project carries its own stages.
How does a camera operator see only their work
Assign them to their tasks. Extra watchers join only the items they need to follow.
What happens on a busy shoot day
The stage stays on the board with its owner and dependency. Comments on the stage do not leak into email.
