One rule. What actually runs, not what sounds good
Write a sentence, see what it would have done last month, then switch it on. An unwired action is not shown as live.
Trigger, condition, action
A trigger is an event on the board, for example a client approval. A condition narrows when it runs. An action is what happens next, and only if it is wired in the product.
Actions that are wired today
- Create a task
- Assign
- Move to a stage
- Notify
- Set a field
- Call a webhook
- Send an email
- Start an AI proposal
Actions that do not run yet
SMS and WhatsApp appear here as unavailable. They do not fire from a rule, even if you write them in the sentence.
- A WhatsApp notification needs a WhatsApp connection, and there is none yet. (whatsapp)
A dry run before it switches on
Before the rule goes live you see what it would have done on last month. Without that preview the rule is not saved as active.
Questions about automations
- Who writes the rule
- You do, in plain language. The system turns it into a trigger, a condition and an action and shows that for approval.
- What happens if the action is not wired
- The rule does not go live with that action. This page lists the wired set, not promises.
- Can a rule send WhatsApp
- Not yet. WhatsApp and SMS are shown as unavailable until a handler exists in the product.
Start without a card
Fourteen days, everything switched on. Open a workspace, tell the AI how you work, invite a client to approve.
