One link. The client watches, comments and approves
No sign-up, no password, no billed seat. The link opens one item, expires on its own, and can be killed in a second if it leaks.
One link, four steps
One door for one item
The client gets a link that expires. They see the item you sent, approve or request a change, and the decision returns as a task with an owner. No new account and no extra seat.
Security without friction
The link carries 256 random bits, is stored only as a hash, expires after thirty days by default, and can additionally demand a one-time code by email or SMS. Revocation takes effect immediately.
A change request returns to the stage
When a client writes on a line or a frame, a task opens on that stage. The crew sees the text as it was written, without copying it from email.
An approval that is on the record
Every approval, rejection or change request is logged with its time and IP address. When a client asks months later who signed off on that cut, there is one clear answer.
What the client sees
Only what you sent. No navigation into other projects, no client list, no names of staff who are not involved. On Agency the page carries your logo and colours.
A label the client can understand
Mark an item as ready for approval or as internal. What arrives at the door is what you chose to show. The label stays on the item after the link expires.
Questions that keep coming up
- How many clients can we invite
- Unlimited, on every plan. That is the point of the pricing: you pay for the work, not for the people looking at it.
- What if a link leaks
- Revoke it from the item. Revocation is immediate, and you can issue a fresh link in the same second.
- Can we put our own branding on it
- Yes, on Agency: your logo and your colours on the approval page.
