Automation rule

An automation rule is written as a sentence, compiled, translated back so you can see what it understood, and simulated over the last month of the workspace before it runs. You see how many times it would have fired and on what, while it is still cheap to fix.

Triggers include a stage change, an approval decision, a new comment, an uploaded file, a deadline, a changed field, the revision limit and a schedule. Actions include creating a task, assigning, moving stage, notifying, setting a field, calling a webhook and starting an AI proposal. There is no delete or archive action a rule can take.

Automations are included from the Professional plan at $99 per month.

Questions that keep coming up

Does a rule run the moment I save it?
It is saved disabled until you switch it on, after you have seen the translation and the simulation.
Can a rule delete work?
No. Delete and archive are deliberately not actions a rule can take.
Which plan includes automations?
Professional, at $99 per month.
