Revision round

A revision round is a counted pass of client changes against the number the quote allowed. Tasked derives used from review decisions: a session that ended in a request for changes or a rejection consumes a round; an approval consumes nothing.

Every project can carry an agreed number (two by default, up to fifty). When used passes agreed, the project is flagged so the extra work can be billed instead of absorbed. Changing the agreed number is written to the audit log.

Nothing is charged inside the product. The studio bills the extra round on its own invoice, with the record to back it. Video packs use this; some other packs turn the feature off.

Questions that keep coming up

Does an approval use up a round?
No. A session that ended approved consumes nothing.
What happens after the agreed rounds are used?
The next round still opens. The count shows agreed versus used, and the project is flagged.
Is this only for video?
It is a project feature the video packs turn on. The approval flow pack also has it. Packs such as software turn it off.
