The approvals queue: what is waiting on you
Approvals lists every request in the organization that is still waiting on a decision: its title, the task it belongs to, its due date if it has one, and whether a reminder already went out. Leave Pending only checked to see just what needs a decision, and open a row's task to actually decide it.

Approvals is one screen for the whole organization, not one project: every request still waiting on a decision sits here, with the task it belongs to, a word for its status, a due date when it has one, and a tag if a reminder already went out.
Pending only is checked by default, so the list shows only what still needs a decision. Clear it to see approvals that were already decided too.
- Open More in navigation, go to Decisions, and select Approvals (or check 'Waiting for you' on the Today screen).
- Leave Pending only checked to see just what needs a decision, or clear it to see everything.
- Select Open task on the row you want to decide (or approve directly from the row on the Today screen).
Remind whoever it is waiting on
Every row also carries its own reminder button, without opening the task. If a reminder already went out recently, Tasked says so instead of sending another one.
- Find the row you want to nudge.
- Select Send a reminder.

- Yes. On the Today screen, items waiting on you appear under 'Waiting for you' with a direct approve button inside the row.
- Does clearing Pending only show approvals from every project?
- Yes. This screen belongs to the whole organization, not one project, so it gathers approvals from every project together.
- Where do I actually approve or reject?
- On the task itself, once you open it with the row's Open task button (or directly from the row on the Today screen). The approvals queue only lists and reminds.
- What does Reminder sent mean on a row?
- That a reminder already went out for this approval. You can still send another; if it was very recent, Tasked tells you one already went out instead of sending it again.
