Reviewing an AI proposal
Every plan the AI builds, an operating model, a project plan, a daily plan, an automation, a process audit or a fix plan, lands in AI proposals as a row nobody has decided yet. Open Review to compare what you asked against what will be created, clear or edit any item, then approve selected items, approve all, or reject; nothing is written to the product until you do.
Abrir o TaskedFind a proposal and open it
AI proposals gathers everything the AI has proposed for the organization, in two groups: Awaiting decision, then Decided. A notification about a new proposal leads straight here.
- Open More in navigation, go to Decisions, and select AI proposals.
- Under Awaiting decision, select Review on the proposal you want.
Decide it item by item
The review screen shows two columns: What you asked on one side and What will be created on the other, with the AI's explanation between them. Clear any item you do not want, or edit its wording directly in the row.
- Compare What you asked against What will be created.
- Clear the items you do not want, or edit a row's wording directly.
- Select Approve selected items, or Approve all once everything is checked.
- To reject the whole plan instead, add a Reason for rejecting (optional) and select Reject.
When applying fails
Sometimes the approval is recorded but applying it fails, for instance because of a passing fault. When that happens the proposal shows the error and offers Retry applying proposal, without making you go through every item again.
Perguntas frequentes
- Can the AI create or change something on its own, without approval?
- No. The AI layer never writes directly to the product; it only creates proposals, and a person has to approve one before anything is actually created or changed.
- What kinds of proposals show up here?
- Operating model, Project plan, Daily plan, Automation, Process audit and Fix plan. All of them go through the same review screen.
- Can I approve only part of a proposal?
- Yes. Clear the items you do not want and select Approve selected items instead of Approve all.
