White-label portal
A white-label portal presents the client door in the studio's brand. It is a Business plan feature at $249 per month, together with the public API and integrations. The door itself still works on every paid plan without white-label.
Clients do not need an account on any plan. White-label is how the portal looks, not how they get in.
A custom portal domain is not claimed. Native mobile apps are not claimed. The responsive browser surface is what exists.

- No. Doors work on Starter. Business adds the white-label presentation, the API and integrations.
- Can I put the portal on my own domain?
- A custom portal domain is not a claimed feature today.
- Is there a native app for the portal?
- No. The portal is the browser, including on a phone.
