Set up your workspace

An empty workspace offers two doors on the Today screen: 'Open the set-up assistant' for the AI wizard, or 'Create a project by hand instead' to skip straight to a project. Both stay open; the wizard is never required.

In the wizard you describe in a sentence or two what your team does, how many of you there are and where clients approve, then answer up to three short questions you can also skip. The AI proposes workflow templates, roles, automations and a first project - and nothing is written until you approve the proposal, item by item if you like.

Open your first project

Skipping the wizard opens a project by hand, from the projects list.

1. In navigation, under Productions, click Projects.
2. In the field labeled New project, type a name.
3. Choose a Template - each one brings its own workflow stages.
4. Optional: choose a Client if the project already belongs to one.
5. Click the New project button to create it.

Invite a teammate

An invitation is a link to an email address, not a password you hand around.

1. In navigation, click More > Settings, then Team.
2. Under Invite somebody, type the email address and choose a Role: Owner, Admin, Member or Guest.
3. Click Send invitation. The link is valid for seven days and one use.

Create your first task

You do not have to open a project first to write work down: the Create button in the header (or the central + New button in the phone's bottom bar) opens a new task and asks which project it belongs to - or saves it to the inbox if there is no project yet.
