Version compare
Version compare opens two cuts or two proofs side by side so the difference is visible, and it can carry notes from the earlier version onto the next one. Nobody has to re-read the last round to check what was addressed.
This is the studio habit that usually lives in a review tool. In Tasked it sits on the same record as the stage, the owner and the round count.
Specialist review products may have more compare modes. Where they do, that is a fair reason to keep them for review-only work.
