The Island at the Bottom on Mobile
The island at the bottom gathers the primary action of each screen and the menu right under your thumb. It has two clear halves with an icon and a word each, shrinks on downward scroll, and never leaves the viewport.

The island is fixed at the bottom of the screen across every page in pocket mode. The primary half initiates the main action for the current screen, while the other half opens the quick navigation sheet.
During fast downward scrolls the island shrinks into a compact capsule to make room for content, expanding back as soon as you scroll slightly upwards.
- Turn on pocket mode in Settings > Account on your mobile device.
- Tap the primary half of the island to create a task or launch the leading screen action.
- Tap the menu half of the island anytime to open the fast navigation drawer.
