Finding your way around Tasked

Navigation in Tasked is five places and More, a global search that opens with Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K), an AI assistant panel that opens beside any screen, and a notification bell in the header. The question mark on any screen opens the help article that explains it.

The Today screen

Today is the page you land on: what is waiting for you right now, your productions and today on the calendar. The Mine / Whole studio switch above them filters every list at once.

Waiting for you - a client's request for changes or new reply, an internal approval that is waiting, and a task that is late. You can approve from the row itself, without opening the task.
Your productions - a progress ring for each production, who has the ball (you, the client, at risk or on track) and the due date.
Today on the calendar - the tasks and milestones dated today. On a desktop, what the clients did in the portal sits beside them.
Plan my day - asks the AI for a proposed plan for today, which you approve or decline.
All of your tasks, including what is done and what you handed to others, are on My work, at /my-work.

The five places and More

The navigation is now five central places, plus More for everything else. On phones there is a bottom tab bar (Today, Productions, a central + New, Clients, Media) and More opens from the profile avatar menu.

A place with no item your permissions open is not shown at all - navigation follows your role rather than listing something that would only refuse you.

Today - what is waiting for you, your productions and today on the calendar; also My work.
Productions - the projects list and every project's board.
Clients - the client list and client relationships.
Media and review - files, comment insights and review rooms.
Money and data - finance, analytics, reports, goals, and dashboards.
More - everything else: decisions, AI proposals, time, knowledge, learning, automations, agents, and settings.

Jumping anywhere with Ctrl+K

The command palette takes you to a screen, or hands a question to the assistant, from the keyboard.

Press Ctrl+K on any screen (Cmd+K on a Mac), or click the search button in the header.
Type a screen's name to jump straight to it, or a plain-language question.
Pick a result to open it, or choose Ask the assistant to hand the question to the assistant.

The assistant panel

The Assistant button in the header (the sparkle icon) opens the assistant as a side panel over whatever screen you are on, so asking it something never means leaving your work. The assistant can search and, if you may, create a task. Project planning, today's plan and the AI's own proposals still live where they belong: the board, Today, and the Decisions section under More.

Notifications

The bell in the header shows how many notifications are unread; opening it shows My notifications, everything that happened to your work, with Mark all as read and a link to notification settings to choose what reaches you by email, push, SMS or WhatsApp.
