Design studios: proofing a still or a PDF
A proof in Tasked is a still, a PDF page or a video, and a note on it is a mark on the picture, not a sentence in a chat. Internal review happens before the client sees anything. The client reviews through a door with no account, the round is counted against what the quote allowed, and a request for changes sends the item back to revisions on a path the workflow already named.

Notes drawn on the work
A reviewer draws on the still or the PDF page, and the drawing is the note. It is anchored to the file and the page, so the designer opens exactly what was marked. Two versions open side by side, and the notes from the earlier one carry across to the next.
Video proofs use the same player as the video studios: frame-accurate at the source frame rate, 23.976 and 29.97 included. Every upload is scanned for malware before anyone opens it.

The design request pack
The pack runs brief, concept, internal review, client review, revisions and final files. Brief is 24 hours. Concept is 48. Internal review is a review stage at 24 hours: the studio looks before the client does. Client review is an approval stage at 48 hours, with revisions as the rework stage. Revisions is 48 hours of work, then back to client review when the checklist is done. Final files is done.
The loop is in the workflow. Nobody has to remember to re-send the proof after a change request.
The client's door and the round count
The client gets a code, a link, a phone number door or an email door. No account, no seat, no per-person charge. They see the proof, add notes, and press approve, reject or request changes. A door expires on the date the studio set and can be revoked.
Every project can carry the number of rounds the quote allowed. Each round is counted as it happens. Once used passes agreed, the project is flagged so the extra work can be billed instead of absorbed.
