The reports center and your personal dashboards
The reports center under Money and data runs and downloads eleven ready-made reports on hours, deliveries, and client approvals with date ranges and filters, and can schedule them to email. Personal dashboards display your dashboards as cards built from seven panels, with workspace sharing.
Apri TaskedThe reports center: pick, filter and download
Reports gathers eleven ready-made reports: hours by client and project (and a detailed version, one row per logged entry), timesheet by member, on-time deliveries, revision rounds by client, client approval times, portal engagement, estimate accuracy, utilization, AI usage, and a client monthly statement that gathers one client's projects, deliveries, hours and approvals for a chosen month.
Every report is picked from the Report menu, bounded by a From and To date, and can be narrowed to a client, a project, a member or a team. The result downloads as a CSV; the client monthly statement is the only one that also downloads as a branded PDF, because it is the only report that requires picking a client.
- On the Reports screen (under Money and data > Reports), choose a report from the Report menu.
- Set a From and To date, and, if you want, pick a client, project, member or team.
- Click Run report.
- Click Download CSV, or Download PDF on the client monthly statement.
Scheduling a report to your inbox
Any report can also be scheduled: daily, weekly or monthly, on a day and hour you choose, emailed to whichever owners and admins you pick as recipients. A subscription can be paused, turned back on or deleted, and the history of what has already been sent stays there to download again.
Your personal dashboard
The Dashboards screen (Money and data > Dashboards) shows your dashboards as cards. Everyone builds a private dashboard out of seven existing panels (Pending approvals, Project health, Team workload, Recent activity, Portfolio health, Stage bottlenecks, and Client responsiveness). If there are no dashboards yet, a friendly empty state offers a button to create your first one. A Share with the workspace switch makes it visible to everyone read-only.
- On the Dashboards screen, click New dashboard.
- Give it a name in the Name field.
- Under Add a panel, click each panel you want, such as Pending approvals or Team workload.
- Reorder panels with the up and down arrows, or take one off with Take off the dashboard.
- Turn on Share with the workspace if you want everyone in the workspace to see it.
Domande frequenti
- Who can run an hours report?
- Only owners and admins, since the hours reports show the whole team's time. Anyone in the workspace can open and build their own personal dashboard.
- Does every report download as a PDF?
- No. Only the client monthly statement also downloads as a branded PDF; every other report downloads as CSV.
- What happens to the panels when I delete a dashboard?
- Only that arrangement goes away. The panels themselves stay available to add to any other dashboard you build.
