The analytics tabs: Health, Flow, Team and Weekly report
The analytics screen sits under Money and data and is split into four tabs - Health, Flow, Team and Weekly report - each with its own address through ?tab= so you can link straight to it. Health shows project health cards with status rings and reasons, Flow shows bottlenecks and client responsiveness, Team shows open workload, and Weekly report writes what happened and suggests three actions.

Analytics opens from Money and data, with a segmented control next to the title to switch between Finance, Analytics, Reports, Goals, and Dashboards. Each tab opens a different view: Health shows a card per project with a status ring or chip and a short list of reasons; Flow shows stage bottlenecks alongside client responsiveness; Team shows a workload table for every team member; and Weekly report writes what happened and suggests three actions next to the numbers.
Every tab carries its own ?tab= address, so a link you send a colleague or save as a bookmark opens exactly that tab. Links from before the tabs merged on September 30, 2026 still work and land on the right tab today.
The day window and charts
Above the data is a segmented control for 7, 30, or 90 days (opening on 30). Charts are styled with faint grids, tabular numbers, and responsive axis labels that never cut off on a phone. The numbers themselves are written by a daily rollup that runs once a day, so if part of the window has not been measured yet, the tab says so plainly instead of showing a partial number as if it were final.
Open a tab and download its numbers
Every tab can be opened, widened and downloaded in a few clicks.
- Go to Money and data > Analytics from navigation.
- Click one of the four tabs - Health, Flow, Team or Weekly report - to open it.
- In the segmented Window control, pick 7, 30 or 90 days to change the measured range.
- Inside the tab, click Download CSV to get its numbers as a file.
- On the Weekly report tab, click Write the report for a fresh narrative, or choose Numbers only to skip the prose.

- Why do I not see today's numbers?
- The numbers are written by a daily rollup that runs once a day, so the most recent day in the window may not be measured yet. The tab says when days are missing instead of showing a partial number.
- Can I link directly to one tab?
- Yes. Every tab has its own ?tab= address, and even an old link from before the tabs merged opens the right one today.
- Who on the team can see analytics?
- Owners, admins and members. A guest cannot open this screen.
