This document covers your use of Tasked and everything stored in the service.
1. Who is agreeing with whom
The agreement is between Tasked and the organisation that opened the workspace. Whoever opens it confirms they may commit that organisation. Anyone invited into the workspace is bound by these terms from their first sign-in.
2. What you may upload
Upload only content you have the right to upload. No copyright infringement, nothing unlawful, and no files carrying malicious code. We scan uploads for malware before building preview renditions and may block a file that comes back infected.
3. Your clients and guest access
An approval link you send a client opens exactly one item, for a limited time, and can be revoked at any moment. Your clients are not billed users and never consume a seat. You are responsible for who you send a link to.
4. Billing, trial and cancellation
The trial runs fourteen days and needs no card. After it, a paid plan is required. Billing is per workspace, by active projects and storage, never by headcount. You can cancel at any moment from the billing page; it takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and a started month is not refunded pro rata.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep the service up, but it is provided as is. We announce planned maintenance in advance. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or lost data beyond the amount paid in the twelve months before the event.
6. Ending and deletion
When the agreement ends we export everything the organisation owns into one file, mark the organisation deleted, and delete it permanently after thirty days. The audit trail survives deletion, stripped of identifying detail, so we can still show what happened.
