Privacy policy

This document covers your use of Tasked and everything stored in the service.
1. What we collect
Account details (name, email address, language), the work you upload (files, tasks, comments, approvals), technical usage data (IP address, browser, request timing) and an activity log. We do not collect location data and we run no advertising cookies.
2. Why we use it
To run the service, verify who you are, prevent abuse, bill you, and answer you when you get in touch. We do not sell data and we do not hand it to advertisers.
3. Artificial intelligence
A language model only ever receives your organisation's context, never another organisation's. Every call is logged with its cost, and every organisation has a kill switch. The providers we use do not train models on your data.
4. Where the data sits
All storage and processing happen in the European Union (europe-west1). Backups stay in the same region and support point-in-time restore.
5. How long
Work content is kept while the organisation is active. After a deletion request we export, mark deleted, and delete permanently after thirty days. The audit trail is kept longer, without identifying detail.
6. Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it or object to processing. We answer within thirty days. Privacy requests go to the address below.
